Job Description Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations, this position collaborates with and supports the Investor Relations team in executing the global investor relations program. This is an individual contributor role.

What You'll Do for Us:

Collaborate with and support the executive and IR teams in executing the IR strategy, operating plans, budget, and global IR program. The primary operating objective of the IR program is to educate and update investors and security analysts about the company to achieve a fair relative valuation. The program must accurately represent and promote the company within the bounds of securities regulations.

Additionally, this role will help reimagine and transform core IR processes using AI and automation to deliver stepchange efficiency, deeper insight generation, and a materially higher quality of investor interactions.

Function Specific Activities - The following is a list of top Function-Specific activities performed in the job.

  • Collaborates with VP, IR and other IR staff members to lead the creation of value-driver-based investment messages.

  • Provide financial analysis and supporting narratives for key investor topics including owning Executive preparation materials with high degree of accuracy.

  • Work with internal teams to gather global performance data, competitive analysis, and in-depth financial and strategic information to support drafting and issuing earnings and news releases on material information to the investment community and other external stakeholders.

  • Support the preparation for large-scale broker sponsored and company-sponsored analyst presentations. Collaborate with internal business groups to gather, deliver and prep management for the detailed questions key investors and influencers will require information on.

  • Lead the support to analyze the company's stock price, relative stock price, brokerage analysts' estimates and perceptions, industry and peer company news, economic data and the stock market.

  • Create complex financial models for both the Company to develop an internal strategic and competitive framework from which senior management team can better assess institutional investor expectations.

  • Support the analysis of current and potential institutional ownership of the company's stock and create and help develop a plan to optimize the shareholder base for the company.

  • Coordinates conference call and webcast hosting logistics for the quarterly analyst conference call (setting up conference call, running call management software and participant queues during the call) and investor conferences.

  • Maintains or directs suppliers, including for the IR website section and content.

  • Re-engineers core IR processes (e.g., earnings preparation, peer benchmarking, investor targeting, conference prep) using AI and automation to improve speed and insight quality. Partners with appropriate cross-functional organizations (e.g., Digital, Legal, etc.) to ensure governance and compliance

  • Leverages AI driven analytics to identify investor sentiment, emerging concerns, and thematic patterns across earnings calls, sell side research, meeting notes, and market commentary.

  • Leverages automation and generative tools to support drafting, version control, and scenario testing for earnings scripts, Q&A, and presentations-while maintaining rigorous governance and disclosure standards.

Primary Internal and External Relationships

  • Internal contacts: IR Team, Offices of the Chairman & CEO, President & Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Financial Planning & Analysis, Securities and Finance Lawyer, Corporate Communications, leaders in operating divisions, and their staffs.

  • Over time, increased interaction with external contacts such as institutional investors (including security analysts and portfolio managers).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Finance at minimum. CPA, CFA or MBA preferred

  • Three to Five years related work experience

  • Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail

  • A clear and thorough understanding of the financial modelling techniques used by security analysts to project a company's operating and financial performance

  • An in-depth understanding of the financial and investment markets

  • Skills and curiosity to use AI tools to drive improvements in analysis.

  • Advanced PowerPoint knowledge and skills

  • A good understanding of securities regulations, strategic communication, public relations, marketing, advertising and the media

  • Strong interpersonal skills, superior intellect, and a person with an insatiable appetite to learn more

  • An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and individual contributor
