Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

Build Your Skills in Sales, Communication & Customer Engagement

FPA is hiring motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our Fort Worth team as Customer Relation Associates.

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing sales position where you will work directly with customers while representing established client brands.

You'll learn how to communicate with customers, understand their needs, explain products and services, support new customer acquisition, and create a positive overall experience.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, events, promotions, communications, or other people-focused environments, your skills may transfer well into this opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests
  • Explain client products, services, promotions, and available options
  • Recommend products and services based on customer needs
  • Support customer acquisition, sales, and enrollment
