Job Description

Basic Qualifications for the role:

  • 2 years related experience and Rate: $11.11/Hr on W2
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous healthcare marketing and/ outreach experience a plus
  • The Provider Relations Outreach Representative assists the Provider Relations Team with outreach and education of the provider community.
  • The Provider Relations Outreach Representative will be responsible for making phone calls to providers within the current Texas Medicaid provider community to provide them with education regarding Prior Authorizations.
  • The Outreach Representative will maintain records of all outreach activities. The role requires independent thinking and organizational skills.
