Job description

Manager, Operational Excellence (Provider Operations) Remote Company Overview: Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody. Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients. BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications.

Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock. We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation.

Join us! The Role: Strategic Operations Manager, Operational Excellence The Provider Operations team is responsible for enabling high-quality, efficient provider engagement and driving performance across the Provider Growth team. This role sits within our Operational Excellence function and is responsible for defining, owning, and scaling the systems, workflows, and operating model that power Provider Operations.

This is a highly strategic and analytical role focused on end-to-end process design, cross-functional alignment, and long-term scalability. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to define "what good looks like" and ensure Provider Operations can operate efficiently at scale. You'll spend approximately 50% of your time leading and executing critical initiatives, and 50% helping to define strategy, frameworks, and performance standards to drive measurable improvements across the organization leveraging data.

Responsibilities Operating Model + Workflows: Support the end-to-end design and evolution of Provider Operations workflows. Define and standardize how work gets done across the Provider Growth organization. Strategic Planning & Initiative Leadership: Define and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

Set direction, align stakeholders, and ensure scalable implementation. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner cross-functional to translate operational needs into scalable system and tooling improvements. Act as the bridge between frontline workflows and technical solutions.

Operational Excellence: Drive a culture of operational excellence by standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices across Provider Operations. Problem Solving: Identify systemic inefficiencies and design solutions across people, process, and technology to improve scalability, consistency, and provider experience. Must-Have Qualifications Experience: 4+ years of proven experience using analytics to solve complex business or operational problems across multiple teams, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a quantitative field.

Problem Solving: Exceptional problem‐solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact results. Ability to approach ambiguous challenges with structured thinking and creativity. Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and drive long-term strategy while balancing immediate operational needs.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools), with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into system-level improvements. Collaborative Mindset: Strong experience gathering requirements and partnering with cross‐functional stakeholders. Ability to influence and align teams across technical and non‐technical functions.

Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate strategy, frameworks, and recommendations to both technical and non‐technical audiences. Project Management: Proven ability to lead large‐scale, cross‐functional initiatives from concept through implementation. Adaptability/Resiliency: Thrives in ambiguity and can operate effectively in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.

Why Join Us It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population. At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year.

Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross‐functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds.
