Job description

Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operation Manager 2 for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Plymouth, located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This is a 200 bed facility, with 56 full time staff. This manager is responsible for overseeing the environmental services, patient transport and linen departments, reporting to the General Manager. This is a day shift position approximate hours are 7AM-4PM, weekend and holiday rotation required.

What You'll Do:
  • be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
  • provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
  • work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
  • effectively manages the Unit Operating System
  • support a diverse and inclusive workforce
