Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing a collaborative approach to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique requirements.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring each client receives tailored interventions that respect their individual preferences and experiences.
  • Guide clients in establishing therapeutic goals and provide consistent support and encouragement throughout their treatment journey.
  • Employ a diverse array of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusted to suit client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, therapy progress, and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with professional standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a broad demographic of clients, including young adults, families, and individuals facing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental understanding of diverse client experiences and backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills essential for managing a caseload and ensuring accurate documentation remotely.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with telecommunication platforms used in virtual therapy.
  • Experience with specific therapeutic modalities or populations that align with our client demographics.
  • Knowledge of local and national mental health resources and referral systems to assist clients in accessing additional support as needed.
