• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to clearly identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized treatment strategies are developed.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, tailoring interventions according to their individual preferences and treatment requirements.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering consistent support and modification of treatment approaches as necessary, to enhance effectiveness.
• Employ diverse therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices that resonate with clients and meet their specific requirements.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and progress notes in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our clients include young adults, families, and older adults who require expert guidance and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients is essential for helping them navigate their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathy and understanding in handling sensitive mental health issues.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage schedules and documentation without compromising service quality.

• Experience providing remote therapy services, particularly with a variety of mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms.
• Experience in developing treatment plans and using evidence-based practices.

• Salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
