As a remote position, this role allows for ultimate flexibility with a permanently virtual work setup. You will typically conduct therapy sessions from your home, offering the comfort of a familiar environment to both you and your clients. Our outpatient office provides an extensive therapist support network, ensuring you have access to all necessary resources without the burden of administrative duties.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, fostering a trusting relationship that encourages open communication and exploration of emotions.
• Guide clients in articulating their feelings and experiences, helping them gain insights for personal growth and improved relationships.
• Act as a passionate client advocate, assisting them in establishing and pursuing their therapeutic goals.
• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health conditions and collaborate to construct and execute effective treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation to continuously enhance your clinical skills and improve patient care outcomes.

You will primarily work with a population of low-acuity clients who have been carefully prescreened for stability. This approach allows for deep therapeutic engagement without the pressures often associated with high-risk cases. The clients benefit from a structured, supportive environment where their mental health needs can be addressed effectively through focused care.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• You must hold an independent state-issued license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) that allows you to practice without restrictions; provisional or limited licenses are not eligible.
• Strong critical thinking and evaluative skills for the development of effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, alongside a genuine empathetic nature, to facilitate meaningful connections with clients.
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools to carry out remote therapy sessions and manage electronic health records.

• Previous experience in a counseling role is preferred, especially within a remote or telehealth setting.
• Understanding of diverse therapeutic approaches and flexibility in adapting to the unique needs of various client demographics enhances your effectiveness.
• Experience with specific populations (such as adolescents, families, or marginalized groups) will be highly valued, given our diverse client base.

• An attractive compensation package with a salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
