Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans that address their mental health needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a range of modalities, including but not limited to individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, ensuring each approach aligns with the clients' goals.
• Regularly engage with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, allowing for flexible adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to all regulatory guidelines and promotes accountability.
• Utilize our user-friendly digital platform for efficient scheduling, clinical note-taking, and management of client information, ensuring streamlined operations and timely service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our organization serves a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as families navigating complex dynamics. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of New York, such as Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly within a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Experience with diverse populations and the ability to implement culturally relevant treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
