What you will be doing:

The Network Account Executive manages day-to-day relationships with provider network accounts across Washington and Oregon and is responsible for provider relationship management activities including contracting, education, training, customer service, and execution of network development strategies. This role serves as a business-facing ambassador for IHCS, advancing the organization’s interests within the healthcare provider market and positioning IHCS as the preferred partner for value-based home care services.

What you need to succeed:

  • Must Reside in WA/OR
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Development and/or Provider Relations. Four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
  • Knowledge and mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language
