We are seeking Network Account Executives to join our growing YM Careers sales team (part of Momentive Software) in either Southeastern CT or Atlanta, GA.

YM Careers partners with leading professional associations to help employers reach highly qualified professionals through nearly 3,000 specialized career centers.

As part of Momentive Software, we provide recruitment advertising, employer branding, and digital hiring solutions that help organizations attract specialized talent.

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new employer relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn, Teams meetings, and CRM-driven outreach.
  • Drive 30% of activity toward new business acquisition and 70% toward renewals, expansions, and repeat business.
  • Build strong relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
  • Recommend consultative recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions aligned to hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecast.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify upsell opportunities including events, banners, journals, podcasts, and spotlight placements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize client outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience required.
  • Experience in inside sales, recruitment advertising, staffing, HR technology, media sales, or BDR/SDR preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong hunter mentality with resilience and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Gong, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for conferences and client events.
