Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and terminate CAT5/CAT6 cables with precision.
  • Run and terminate fiber optic cables to ensure reliable, high-speed connectivity.
  • Provision, install, and align wireless internet antennas for optimal performance.
  • Configure and install routers to integrate seamlessly into our network.
  • Serve as the face of the company, engaging with customers daily to ensure a positive installation experience.
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service while addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Strictly follow OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Work Environment:
  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, snow, wind, rain)
  • Climbing ladders and working on rooftops (up to three stories high)
  • Regular face-to-face interaction with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Opportunity to work in-office on provisioning and upgrading equipment, contributing to the technical backend of our services
  • Typical schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
  • Strong background in construction or hands-on work is highly preferred-ideal candidates are comfortable using tools and working in a physically demanding environment.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, personal computing equipment, and routers.
  • Familiarity with AC/DC wiring is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, as technicians will regularly interact with customers and represent the company.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information to customers.
  • Must pass a background check, drug test, and maintain a clean driving record.

Education & Licensing:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to carry ladders up to 35 feet in length
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Comfortable working from ladders and rooftops
