Title: Installation Supervisor

Pay Rang: $35-$38 per hour

We're not just looking for an installer, we're looking for an experienced commercial HVAC professional who can lead installations, evaluate equipment, communicate confidently with customers, and prepare accurate replacement quotes. This is more than a field leadership role. You'll also play a key part in the office by planning projects, ordering equipment, preparing estimates, and coordinating installations from start to finish to ensure every project is executed successfully.

What We Need From You:

  • Five years of HVAC installation experience, including at least two years in an installation supervisory role
  • Lead commercial and light industrial HVAC installation projects
  • Determine replacement needs
  • Gather accurate field information, including measurements, equipment details, jobsite conditions, and project scope
  • Prepare accurate equipment replacement quotes and installation estimates
  • Recommend appropriate HVAC equipment and solutions based on customer needs and system requirements
  • Work with office staff, vendors, project managers, and field teams to ensure estimates and installations are accurate and complete
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, manufacturer specifications, and jobsite documentation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
  • Provide leadership and guidance to installation crews and junior team members
  • Identify project challenges and help develop practical solutions before and during installation
  • Deliver quality workmanship, professionalism, and integrity every day
  • Effectively balance field visits, installation support, and office-based estimating self-managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and remaining flexible in a dynamic environment
  • Strong HVAC installation experience, preferably in a lead role
  • Ability to scope projects accurately and document field conditions clearly
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and applications
  • Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
  • Comfortable with the use of technology-Excel/Word/Outlook

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Ability to evaluate existing systems and put together accurate replacement recommendations
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with customers in a professional, customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of the difference in brand specific requirements
  • Knowledge of VRF systems, VFDs, and controls
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in field conditions
  • Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for electrical, mechanical, installation, and diagnostic work
  • Ability to work in varying weather and jobsite conditions
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures, codes, and company standards
