This role offers a fully remote work setting, enabling therapists to conduct sessions from the comfort of their home or preferred workspace. • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, collaborating with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals that are periodically reviewed and adjusted as necessary.
• Provide diverse therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—based on individual client preferences and needs.
• Engage in ongoing support and feedback sessions with clients, ensuring they feel empowered and involved in their treatment processes.
• Document therapy session outcomes and client progress using our designated software systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, sharing experiences and insights with colleagues to enhance collective understanding and practices.

Our clients range from children to adults, tackling issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively establish rapport with clients remotely, ensuring a therapeutic alliance regardless of physical distance.
• Ability to express empathy, compassion, and reassurance in all client interactions, critical for nurturing trust within the therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to maintain an effective caseload while adhering to treatment timelines.

• Experience with teletherapy or virtual treatment settings is highly desirable, alongside knowledge of relevant technology and platforms.
• Background in treating a range of mental health conditions using various therapeutic techniques, particularly those supported by data and case studies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance documentation, billing, and client management processes.
