This role offers a fully remote work setting, enabling therapists to conduct sessions from the comfort of their home or preferred workspace. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, collaborating with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals that are periodically reviewed and adjusted as necessary.
  • Provide diverse therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—based on individual client preferences and needs.
  • Engage in ongoing support and feedback sessions with clients, ensuring they feel empowered and involved in their treatment processes.
  • Document therapy session outcomes and client progress using our designated software systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
