Job description

Work locations are Grand Prairie, TX or Camden, AR only
This position supports the LockheedMartinMissiles & FireControl Protocol & Customer Engagement team, managing strategy, planning, communications and execution of highvisibility customer engagements, executive visits, ceremonies, internal recognitions and other executivelevel events. These activities will span multiple MFC sites - primarily Dallas, Texas; Camden, Arkansas; and other U.S. locations.

What You Will Be Doing


Assist in designing and delivering exceptional experiences that showcase LockheedMartin's values, capabilities and mission for both internal and external audiences.
Lead coordination of VIP visits, customer engagements, ceremonies, and special events across the Dallas, Camden and other U.S. sites, working under the guidance of senior protocol staff.
Help create and execute communications and engagement strategies aligned with enterprise and MFC priorities.
Develop communications artifacts (invitations, itineraries, briefing packets) that support internal and external events.
Provide protocol guidance to project teams and advise senior leadership on basic protocol standards, domestic customs, and compliance best practices.
Track event budgets and manage vendor relationships to achieve costeffective, highimpact outcomes, escalating issues as needed.
