Functional Medicine Physician Assistant
Location:
Winnetka, IL 60093
Job Type: Part-time (8-20 hours per week)
Shifts: Hybrid

Summary:
We are seeking a licensed MD, NP, or PA with prescribing authority and a passion for functional and integrative medicine. This role involves providing clinical oversight, delivering patient care, collaborating on wellness protocols, and supporting a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through advanced therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and order labs, patient histories, and oversee treatment plans.
  • Approve and monitor IV & IM prescriptions based on clinical evaluation.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and patient care planning.
  • Maintain active licensure and prescriptive authority as required.
  • Collaborate with staff to evaluate, refine, and implement wellness protocols.
  • Assist in training clinical staff on therapy protocols and patient safety.
  • Complete training in advanced therapies, including ozone therapy, HBOT, IV therapy, Red Light, and Scalar Energy.
  • Support a seamless patient experience through collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Current, active Illinois license as an MD, DO, NP, or PA with prescriptive authority.
  • Experience in functional, integrative, or regenerative medicine.
  • Strong interest in advanced therapies and willingness to train in these modalities.
