This role ensures disciplined deal execution by guiding Sales on pricing strategy, configuration, and financial alignment, while maintaining governance and consistency across all commercial proposals.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Pricing and Contracting and will be fully remote.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales to develop and execute deal strategies for complex, high-value customer opportunities, ensuring alignment to customer needs and business objectives.Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Service, Finance, Pricing, and Contracts to drive timely and effective deal execution.Coach Sales on development of accurate, complete, and optimized quotes within Oracle CPQ, ensuring alignment to pricing structures and business rules.Partner with Pricing and Finance to support financial analysis and ensure deals align to margin expectations, financial targets, and organizational guidelines.Ensure deal governance and compliance by reviewing deal structures for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standard processes and approval frameworks.QualificationsBachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience or master's degree with 12+ years of experience.Strong understanding of complex deal structures, pricing strategies, and financial analysis.Experience working with CPQ systems (Oracle CPQ preferred).Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.Preferred ExperienceExperience in healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory environments.Familiarity with IDN structures and large, multi-site agreements.Experience supporting customer-facing financial discussions.BenefitsBeckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
