Fire Protection Service Sales Position This position's main responsibility is to sell fire protection system services. The target market will be those companies in the commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality and healthcare industries. This position has a salary range of $60k-90k depending on experience Job Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with prospective and qualified potential buyers of system modifications and upgrades by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and outlined marketing strategies
  • Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicating effectively to educate the customer about AFPG's capabilities
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships to ensure we meet or exceed the expectations of our customers
  • Support other AFPG Teams in their initiatives as they relate to your territory
  • Meet the key objectives of the annual commission plan

Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years' experience in the fire protection industry is a must
  • Ability to create local and distance relationships with General Contractors
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Proven ability to close
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Must pass a post-offer drug test, background and reference checks
