Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) - Memphis, TN

Job type: Full-time

Shifts & Schedule: Day Shift; Monday to Friday | On call; Weekends as needed

Job Summary: The Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care related to orthotic and prosthetic services. This includes coordinating clinical activities that support the policies, goals, and objectives set by the CEO. The CPO will supervise patient care services, laboratory operations, and materials management, ensuring that all clinical protocols and performance objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the full cycle of design, fabrication, fitting, and maintenance of orthotic/prosthetic devices in accordance with the patient's needs and physician guidelines.

· Collaborate with physicians to evaluate and assess the patient's requirement for orthotic/prosthetic services.

· Develop and implement clinical protocols and performance objectives for patient care.

· Monitor clinician productivity, workflow planning, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and service delivery.

· They should possess knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, aseptic techniques, and physiology.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

· At least 5 years of experience as a CPO is required.

· Certification as a Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) is required
