This position operates in a fully remote setting, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver care effectively. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances and goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote client well-being, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to confidentiality standards and compliance regulations, ensuring that sensitive information is handled appropriately.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, participating in treatment team meetings and sharing insights on client progress.
• Educate and coach clients and their families, fostering resilience and empowering them to engage in their mental health journey effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health to continuously enhance your clinical practice and contribute to improved patient outcomes.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our client base often seeks to learn coping strategies and frameworks to navigate complex emotional challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic approaches, you will help clients in their journey toward healing and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong base of clinical knowledge.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington, affirming your professional standing and ability to practice independently.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, which equips you with the practical skills to assess and treat clients effectively.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with a focus on evidence-based practices that foster rapid and sustainable change in clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, enabling you to develop creative and practical solutions to meet client needs.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving within a team-oriented environment that values diverse perspectives and approaches.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and techniques for effective virtual counseling and engagement.
• Demonstrated experience working with trauma-informed care practices is strongly preferred.
• Prior involvement in treatment teams or interdisciplinary collaborations.
