We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronic Security Project Manager to lead high-profile, multi-site deployments of enterprise access control, video surveillance, perimeter detection, and integrated low-voltage systems. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle leadership—from pre-construction review and material procurement through commissioning, sign-off, and client handover.

Applicants for this role must have Property Technology Security backgrounds!

  • Project Ownership & Governance: Drive multiple concurrent large-scale security installations, ensuring rigorous control of scope, milestones, schedules, labor budgets, and profit margins.
  • Field & Subcontractor Leadership: Direct senior/lead technicians, junior field techs, and installation subcontractors; enforce safety protocols, technical quality standards, and code compliance on-site.
  • Technical Oversite & Engineering Integration: Review security engineered drawings, floor plans, riser diagrams, and electrical/civil packages. Coordinate with integration engineers programming ACS, VMS, IDS, and advanced sensing platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, general contractors, and corporate stakeholders, leading regular project status meetings and risk mitigation reviews.
  • Financial & Resource Controls: Oversee material staging, bill of materials (BOM), equipment inventories, change orders, red-line as-builts, closeout packages, and subcontractor billing verification.
  • Pre-Sales Collaboration: Partner with estimating and engineering to assist in scoping, bid reviews, and technical proposal development for complex expansions or new client deployments.
