What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Serve as a SPOC within Evoke for all client needs, manage client expectations, and oversee client deliverables through regular meetings (phone, email, in-person) and excellent client communication
  • Responsible for all client satisfaction, including actively pivoting strategy under the direction of the Vice President

Account Community Management
  • Oversee and assist with high-quality online community management, including error-free copywriting
  • Source and manage influencer and ambassador relationships through outreach and relationship maintenance
  • Daily monitoring of messages, comments, and replies for all channels 7 days per week including occasional customer service, etc.
  • Analyze reporting monthly for insight into media success, and facilitate strategy tactical pivots as necessary

Seamless Content Execution & Project Management
  • Develop, create, & source content strategy for client work including content calendar creation and copywriting
  • Actively manage projects to meet all assigned deadlines while anticipating team and client needs and requests
  • Create and manage all internal and external meetings through agenda creation and leading meetings
  • Execute Strategy content calendars on schedule, creating client-ready work the first time
  • Master client tone of voice through copywriting blogs, emails, social media, and more
  • Manage client special projects and campaigns through delegating and executing timely and thoughtful content
  • Execute strategy from conception to client delivery, utilizing your team when necessary
  • Coordinate all final client deliverables for error-free distribution, including proofing and delivery
  • Place, monitor, and manage all approved ads for accuracy while managing paid budget; suggest pivots as needed
  • Solve problems by creating solutions while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Help manage internal processes for projects with necessary tools (Asana, Server, software, time tracking, etc.)

Creative Team Engagement
  • Actively assist the creative team with content creation in photoshoots, video creation, or design
  • Oversee sourcing of props for shoots

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and training of AAEs, ACs, and interns including delegating appropriate tasks
  • Assist with Evoke projects, stay organized, and continuously adapt to changing needs of clients.
