Strong-Bridge Envision Consulting (an HCL Technologies company) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Analytics Product Owner to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee. This is a Seattle based opportunity; relocation is not provided.
Must have experience working on projects focused on analytics solutions and performance measurement.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating visualizations and workflows within the Adobe suite for delivery to product, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Review and analyze historical KPIs and product performance metrics.
  • Decompose enterprise and channel-level strategy into meaningful product level goals and metrics.
  • Measure marketing campaign performance and digital (web, mobile, microsites, paid media, email, etc...) behavior across the end-to-end journey of a telecom customer.
  • Requirement elicitation: Facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team members to gather and understand requirements.
  • Create acceptance criteria to express requirements. Ensure test and validation plans are complete.
  • Become a subject matter expert for assigned area and assist in program design and vision. Be the primary liaison between product managers, data engineers, and data visualization team members. Communicate scope changes to the delivery team.
  • Accountable for interpreting and explaining analytics outputs to support executive reviews, following up on corrections/errors, and remediation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, and 2 years of experience as an Adobe Analyst, working on projects focused on decision sciences and/or analytics solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics reporting concepts eVars, Props, Processing Rules, Classifications, data layer, etc
  • Interim level knowledge and experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud Analysis Workspace
  • Prefer familiarity with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Test & Target
  • Preferred fluency in SQL with experience querying large databases.
  • Experience defining KPIs and metrics that are aligned to enterprise level objectives.
  • Expertise driving product big picture strategy that ties together priority and continuity across each feature delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis
  • Must be in the Seattle area or willing to relocate; with ability to work on the client site 100% of the time.
