ProSidian Consulting seeks a Management and Operations Practice Director to lead and support design, development and delivery of client solutions for Management and Operations Consulting Practice.  The Management and Operations Practice Director plays an integral role in successfully designing, planning and executing client engagements and building the firm's reputation for quality service.  This includes researching, pursuing, and documenting possible business opportunities; supporting and managing our proposal development process; managing client relationships and deliverables; and developing teams while communicating with appropriate stakeholders.
The Management and Operations Practice Director position will develop and execute strategically diversified consulting Business Development.  This position will identify solutions to important client challenges/opportunities, produce results for engagement team deliverables and internal firm initiatives, drive change and impact client outcomes, develop and execute quality solution focused client presentations, and enhance relationships between The Firm and the clients in the markets we serve.  This position will produce results, drive change and impact client outcomes among Private Companies, Fortune 1,000 Enterprises, and Government Agencies of all sizes.  As an executive of the firm you will also provide oversight and management of Professional Consultants to insure consistent, high quality service delivery in a cost effective manner.
In this visible position you will use your skills to participate in all phases of the business development and management process.  Reporting directly to the Managing Principal, you will be integral to the development and management of the firm and share revenues with potential equity stake based on future successes for strategic five (5) year goals and objectives.  This is the first dedicated Management and Operations Practice Director position at ProSidian Consulting , and thus vital to the company's continued growth and success.
The Management and Operations Practice Director is responsible for business development, client engagement management, thought leadership, market presence, and team-building/leadership of Management Consultants.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with other consultant practices and company business units to develop or support business opportunities.  Develop, coach and lead the Consulting Practice team.

Business Development:

Personnel Management:

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Master Degree (MBA) or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive management experience and knowledge and Management And Operations experience is required.
  • Minimum of three years in consulting experience selling services, supervising services provided, and hands on delivery of services.
  • Proven track record of consulting sales experience with a minimum annual sales total of up to $4M.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive management experience and comprehensive knowledge of strategic client initiatives impacted by Management And Operations is required.
  • Previous professional level experience with a management consulting firm in a leadership capacity preferred
  • Creative and innovative with a strong understanding of the business aspects of industries to include but are not limited to Energy, Manufacturing, Chemical, Retail, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, Banking & Financial Services, Transportation, Federal and State Government Agencies
