The Proposals Manager owns end-to-end proposal development, leading cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, compliant proposals aligned with sales strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage standard proposals and RFPs from intake through submission.
  • Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject‑matter experts.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and submission milestones.
Content Assembly & Compliance
  • Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.
  • Ensure proposals fully address customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Identify gaps or risks and elevate appropriately.
Process & Quality Management
  • Apply proposal processes, standards, and best practices consistently.
  • Ensure submissions meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations.
Tools & Documentation
  • Use proposal management and document tools effectively.
  • Maintain accurate proposal records, files, and status updates.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Partner with Sales on proposal requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Provide clear and proactive communication throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Experience and Qualifications

Salary Band – Proposals Manager: $90,000 to $115,000 USD – Salary offered will be based on candidates experience level.
