Serves as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, delivering a comprehensive wealth management experience that integrates banking solutions, investment strategies, and holistic financial planning. This role combines credit and lending proficiency with investment and planning expertise ensuring clients receive seamless, end-to-end financial advice. Coordinates multi-disciplinary teams to craft and execute creative solutions for the client.
  • Proactively identifies and executes growth opportunities within existing client relationships, drives increased wallet share through strategic cross-selling and relationship deepening initiatives.
  • Drives complex acquisition strategies for "One Client" delivery through partnerships with Retail, Commercial and Capital Markets.
  • Develops and executes the business development strategy, sales targets and the sales results for the assigned region.
  • Develops internal and external networks and referral sources to grow business in the assigned portfolio / jurisdiction.
  • Enhances presence in the marketplace by collaborating with other experts (e.g. internal team, outside attorneys, accountants) to create integrated business development plan.

Qualifications:
