Maternity Care Coalition (MCC)



Help Secure Funding That Makes a Difference


Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Grants Coordinator to support our fundraising and grant management efforts. This role is ideal for a strong writer who is passionate about advancing maternal and child health, early childhood development, and health equity.


Reporting to the Director of Grants and Foundation Relations, the Grants Coordinator will play a key role in researching funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, maintaining grant records, and coordinating agency-wide grant activities.

MCC is a community-based nonprofit serving Pennsylvania and Delaware with over 40 years of commitment to improving maternal and child health and early care and education. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of pregnant women and parenting families while enhancing school readiness for children ages 0-3. What You'll Do

  • Write and coordinate high-quality grant proposals and reports
  • Research new funding opportunities and prospective funders
  • Maintain and update the grants database, dashboards, and grant calendar
  • Track proposal, submission, and reporting deadlines
  • Collaborate with programs and leadership teams to gather information for grant applications
  • Maintain grant-related organizational documents and application materials
  • Present funding opportunities and participate in grants team meetings
  • Support state charitable registrations and other grant-related administrative functions
  • Represent MCC at community events, meetings, and fundraisers as needed

Competitive Salaries

  • Anticipated Hiring Range:$47,250.00 - $52,000.00; based on qualifications and experience.
  • Salary Range:$47,250.00 - $63,000.00; employees may become eligible for compensation increases within the salary range over time, consistent with performance, market conditions, internal equity, and business needs.

Hybrid Environment

Work is primarily remote with occasional in-person work required
