Summary: Motivated and solution-oriented, the Fixture Sales Associate serves as a key driver of the Fixture Sales departmentโ€™s success. By pairing technical Lozier (or other fixture) product expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, this role ensures a seamless customer journey from initial proposal to final delivery. A versatile team player, they manage complex workflows and executive-level reporting to help DisplayMax fulfill its mission and drive its vision forward. The Fixture Sales Associate is dedicated to expanding the DisplayMax footprint through new business development and superior account maintenance.


Job Location: Howell, Michigan


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.
  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepares and presents sales proposals.
  • Plans and manages sales territory.
  • Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of the Lozier product information.
  • Assists with the coordination of daily sales activities.
  • Assisting executive management by creating assignments, tracking progress.
  • Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
  • Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
  • Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams.
  • Ensuring that all activities conform to company standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Lozier or other retail fixtures.
