Es un puesto de gerente que trabaja. Estás en el piso, no en una oficina. Haces sándwiches, preparas la comida en la mañana, trabajas la línea en la hora pico, y entrenas a tu equipo haciendo el trabajo enfrente de ellos.
También manejas los números de tu tienda: costo de comida, costo de personal, y ventas. Cuando la tienda rinde, tú cobras el bono. Ese es el trato completo.
