Esto no es una corporación gigante donde eres un número. Aquí los dueños te conocen por tu nombre. Si haces bien tu trabajo, se nota, y se reconoce.

Vamos a ser honestos contigo porque no queremos que llegues el primer día y te sorprendas.
Eres un gerente que trabaja. No vas a estar sentado en una oficina. Vas a hacer sándwiches junto a tu equipo. Vas a preparar la comida en la mañana. Vas a entrenar a tu gente haciéndolo tú primero. Y cuando haga falta, vas a cerrar la tienda.
Piensa en ti como el capitán del barco: tú diriges, pero estás en cubierta con la tripulación, no arriba en una oficina.
También vas a manejar costos de comida, costos de personal, y las metas de ventas de tu tienda. Cuando tu tienda gana, tú ganas — eso es lo que paga el bono trimestral.
