Job description

CHP Engineers & Surveying, Inc is seeking SURVEY CAD TECHNICIAN with experience in FDOT, WASD, County-Municipality, and Constructions

Full Time Position.

Job Location: Miami, FL

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Knowledge processing survey field data
  • Knowledge using AutoCAD Civil 3D with FDOT Standards
  • Knowledge using MicroStation SS10, & Open Roads Designers (ORD) with FDOT Standards
  • Knowledge in Right of Way Control Survey Map, Right-of-Way Mapping, and Right of Way Maintained Map is required
  • Prepare ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey
  • Prepare Boundary & Topographic Survey
  • Perform Stakeout calculations for construction site
  • Interpret and plot record deeds and plats for all type of property survey
  • Prepare As-Built Survey for county approval
  • Knowledge of FDOT Surveying and Mapping Procedures

REQUIREMENT:

  • Must have 5 years minimum experience in diverse survey projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Proficient in MicroStation SS10, and FDOT Open Roads Designer (ORD)
  • Experience in Right of Way Control Survey Map, Right-of-Way Mapping, and Right of Way Maintained Map is required
  • Must be able to follow directions and assure that all procedures are followed
  • Must have good Communication skills
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Valid Florida Driver License
