Job description

Monday through Friday, except observed Federal Holidays.

The requirements under this contract are to provide services and support to the Joint Staff Located in, Washington, DC., specifically focusing on day-to-day operations, property accountability, and logistics support. Duties will be but not limited to: planning, execution, and management of infrastructure, logistics and property accountability, which includes conducting inventory of accountable equipment at the warehouse and obtaining receiving and issuance documents to support acquire to retire requirements.

Job Duties/Description

  • Experience in the application and techniques for supporting logistical planning and control;
  • Experience in organizing material and completing writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, concise style, and terminology.
  • Experience in the development of logistics management planning for large and small organizations.
  • Demonstrated capability in the analysis of program logistical needs, development of short and long-range logistic plans, budget analysis, and database development for logistical use
  • Experience with and knowledge of military logistical management procedures and property accountability systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited college or university in
  • one of the following academic fields: Business Administration, Management Science or a related field
  • 8 years of related experience
  • TS security Clearance
