Job description

Pressure’s On Property Solutions LLC is hiring an Exterior Cleaning & Property Services Technician to perform residential exterior cleaning jobs throughout Rosharon and the Greater Houston area.


Responsibilities include pressure washing driveways and sidewalks, house soft washing, cleaning patios, brick and exterior surfaces, setting up and maintaining equipment, taking before-and-after photos, maintaining a clean job site, and providing professional customer service.


Pay: Starting at $20/hour plus performance-based job bonuses.


Schedule: Part-time, based on scheduled customer jobs. Opportunity for additional hours and advancement as the company grows.


Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, dependable attendance, ability to work outdoors in Texas weather, ability to lift and move equipment, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn proper pressure-washing and soft-washing procedures.


Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
