Role & Responsibilities
-- Work in a pod team structure managing, leasing and maintaining a portfolio of residential rental properties
-- Maintain rental listings for the pod's portfolio of managed properties, including but not limited to: running market analysis, adding and/or activating units for rent on multiple platforms, advise/update/guide property owners regarding their upcoming or active rental listing, ensuring listings are activated timely and accurately
-- Prepare documents related to leasing, including but not limited to: lease agreements, lease extensions, termination agreements, sublease agreements, lease amendments and condo association required paperwork
-- Navigate maintenance requests for the team's portfolio
-- Visit properties on an as-needed or assigned basis
-- Master the use of our property management accounting software (Appfolio)
-- Communicate with property owners, tenants and vendors
-- Assist the property management department with various administrative tasks
