Job description

Landmark Property Services is seeking an energetic and customerfocused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a busy leasing office in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate is selfmotivated, personable, and experienced in leasing, customer service, and sales.ย 

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, plus rotating Saturdays
Experience Required: 2+ years leasing experience (management experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leasing, tours, and resident relations
  • Process leases, renewals, move-ins and move-outs
  • Collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
  • Maintain resident files and financial records
  • Answer phones, perform general office duties, and support daily operations
  • Ensure strong customer service and compliance with Fair Housing laws
