Responsibilities - Bring Your Toolkit of Skills:

  • Diagnose and repair household appliances

Qualifications:

  •  Previous experience in multifamily maintenance or a related field is strongly preferred
  •  Experience working on plumbing, HVAC, EPA, Carpentry, Painting, and CPO certification a plus
  • Competency in Microsoft and various property management software, composing emails and other programs a plus
  • Experience in operating power & hand tools and other necessary maintenance equipment
  • Organizational and communication skills

Requirements - Service Technician (Maintenance):

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walking, sitting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, stooping, crawling, and climb a ladder.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs., including equipment and materials.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and on-call (after hours) in case of an emergency.
