Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working Service Technician to join our Houston team. In this role, you will assist the Lead Technician on a variety of outdoor maintenance projects.

No prior experience in property maintenance? No problem! If you bring an excellent attitude and the drive to learn, we will provide the training, tools, and a company environment to help you succeed. There is potential to grow in this role as we grow and scale our business over the years to come.


Key Responsibilities

  • Field Execution & Exterior Cleaning: Perform professional cleaning services—including gutter cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, and soft washing—on residential and commercial properties.
  • Team Assistance: Assist the Lead Technician on all projects and closely follow technical directions to ensure job quality.
  • Work at Heights & Safety Compliance: Confidently navigate and operate on ladders and rooftops at heights up to 40 feet while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
  • Efficiency Tracking: Manage daily job timelines and resource usage to minimize waste and maximize daily territory output.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Have excellent customer service skills while at customer sites and ensure total satisfaction with job completion.
  • Climate Adaptability: Comfortably and safely work outdoors in all climate conditions specific to the Houston area.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Attitude: An excellent, positive attitude is an absolute must.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment and loves working as part of a team.
  • Skills: Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable working at heights (up to 40 feet) on ladders and rooftops. Must be capable to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • License: Valid driver's license with clean driving record
