The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Insurance at TKO, the Risk Analyst role is responsible for providing operational and analytical support in the strategic development of TKO's Risk Management program. This role will assist in the planning, implementation and on-going management on all risk and insurance related matters within the organization to ensure optimal coverage and structure in accordance with the company's risk appetite. The position will include exposure to various risk management processes, as well as interaction with insurance brokers, carriers, third party administrators, etc., focused on our UFC, WWE and TKO Boxing businesses.
The Risk Analyst role is also responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with department projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive all activity for renewal of certain insurance programs, including accuracy of policy documentation and all underwriting, exposure and loss information.
  • Diligently review and reconcile insurance policy terms and invoices at binding to protect TKO from errors that could cause gaps in coverage or incorrect premium costs
  • Coordinate issuance of insurance policy endorsements with respect to changes in auto fleet, properties or equipment
  • Oversee the Certificate of Insurance issuance process for all parts of the business, and review contracts for applicable certificate language
  • Review and provide risk management and insurance advice on production insurance declarations for our sports TV production business
  • Review invoices for accuracy and work closely with finance to ensure payment processing in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files, including detailed grids and trackers such as databases of insured vehicles, drivers, assets, etc.
  • Ad-hoc projects to support team objectives

Key Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Degree in Risk Management preferred.
  • 2+ years relevant experience with a commercial insurance broker / carrier or within an in-house corporate insurance / risk management department.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of risk management within a global organization.
  • Business acumen - excellent understanding of the breadth of activities undertaken by all parts of the business and the risk management issues that affect them.

Key Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex information with the ability to make clear, effective recommendations.
  • Must be competent in the use of standard PC operating systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Must possess a strong systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Must possess a not easily discouraged pro-active attitude and work well under the pressure of tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize disparate data from a variety of reporting sources into internally consistent and efficient information.
  • Ability to perform research through the use of internal and external information resources.
  • Ability to listen and understand others' points of view and to articulate tactfully and respectfully one's own perspective orally, in writing and in presentations.
  • Ability to work independently on projects or assignments as well as collaborate as part of a cross disciplinary team on group projects.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$63,750 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$85,000 annually
