Job description

Drive-By Property Inspector (Independent Contractor)

Long Branch, NJ and Monmouth County

National Mortgage Field Services is actively seeking a reliable independent contractor located in or near Long Branch, NJ to handle local property inspections.

This is a field-based role suited for individuals who are already working independently and can manage their own territory.

What You'll Do:

Drive to assigned properties in your local area

Take required exterior photos

Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant)

Submit reports using a mobile app

This is not random gig work - this is territory-based assignment work. Contractors who stay consistent are given continued volume in their area.

What We're Looking For:

Must live in or very near the Meridian, MS area

Must be dependable and able to complete work on time

Comfortable working independently and managing routes

Reliable vehicle and smartphone required

Additional Requirements:

Background check required

Basic computer access for form submission

Ability to follow photo and reporting guidelines

Compensation:

Paid per inspection (varies by area and volume)

Rural routes often allow multiple inspections per run
