KMG Prestige is seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Management Administrative Coordinator to support our property management operations in Mount Pleasant, Ml.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, providing exceptional administrative support, and serving as a key resource for internal teams, property owners, and housing agencies.

What You'll Do
  • Manage correspondence with property owners, housing agencies, residents, and team members
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute reports and administrative documentation
  • Support a portfolio of residential properties and assist with operational needs
  • Coordinate schedules, communications, and projects across multiple teams
  • Assist with training and mentoring new administrative staff
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
