Company Description

We are a privately owned real estate and property management company based in Lakewood, NJ, with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Unlike a typical property management office, we are directly involved in the ownership and operation of the properties we manage. Our team handles everything from leasing and tenant relations to maintenance, renovations, inspections, vendors, vacancies, and day-to-day property operations.

We are a busy, hands-on company where things move quickly and every team member plays an important role. We value people who are organized, responsible, professional, and willing to take ownership of their work.

Our goal is to build a strong team of people who can grow with the company, take on increasing responsibility, and become experts in what they do.

If you like solving problems, staying busy, working with people, and seeing the results of your work, you may be a great fit for our team.
