Meridian Charter Township, MI 48864| $21/hr | Schedule: M-F 9-6pm

Contract-to-Hire | Start Date:ASAP 


BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to support an apartment community . This role is ideal for someone who excels in operations, financial management, resident relations, and team building.  

Responsibilities  

Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations  

Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations  

Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards  

Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation  

Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals  

Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency  

Requirements  

Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required  

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills  

Ability to manage resident needs effectively  

Knowledge of property management software preferred  

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently  

Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities  

Candidate must be bilingual for this property and have Appfolio experience.
