Job description

Property Operations Specialist

Real Estate Solutions (RES) – Centennial, CO

Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday |

Starting Pay: $62,000–$95,000/year (paid hourly) + Benefits + Growth Opportunities

*Lower end starting salary = No real estate license required and no experience.

*Higher end starting salary = Real Estate License plus at least 3 years of residential property management experience.

Build a Career in Property Management — Without the Burnout

Real Estate Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, people-oriented team member to join our property operations team.

This is not a traditional property management role where one person is overloaded with an entire portfolio and expected to handle everything alone.

Instead, we operate using a collaborative team-based model:

• Shared workloads and support from teammates

• Structured systems and processes

• Ongoing training and mentorship

• Exposure to all areas of property operations

You’ll gain hands-on experience across leasing, maintenance coordination, resident communication, renewals, and day-to-day operations while working alongside a strong, supportive team.

If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in real estate operations and property management.

No prior property management experience is required — we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors

• Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs

• Support leasing activity, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs

• Assist with rent collection and account follow-up

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails professionally

• Help keep operations organized and running efficiently

• Collaborate closely with team members to solve problems quickly

What Makes This Role Different

Team-Based Structure

You won’t be responsible for managing an entire portfolio on your own. Responsibilities are shared across the team to improve efficiency and reduce burnout.

Strong Support System

You’ll always have teammates available to assist, collaborate, and help solve challenges together.

Career Growth

As RES continues to grow across the Front Range, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibility and move into leadership roles.

Hands-On Training

We invest heavily in training and developing our team members so they can continue growing professionally.

Who This Role Is Great For

• Recent graduates or early-career professionals

• Candidates with customer service, hospitality, retail, office, or operations experience

• Highly organized individuals who enjoy multitasking

• Strong communicators who work well on a team

• People looking for a long-term growth opportunity in real estate

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and accountability

• Comfortable working collaboratively with a team

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning software systems

• Experience with Google Workspace or office software is helpful

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $62,000 - $95,000/year depending on experience

• Paid hourly with overtime opportunities

• Performance-based compensation increases

• Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer-paid after 60 days)

• 401(k) with company match

• Ongoing training and development

• Weekly team lunch and stocked office

Work Environment

• In-office position located in Centennial (I-25 & Dry Creek Road)

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Fast-paced, collaborative office environment

Why Join RES?

We’ve intentionally built systems that avoid the burnout commonly associated with property management.

Our team-first approach allows employees to grow, learn, and succeed together while building long-term careers in a stable and growing company.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow with a company that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
