Job description

Diakonย is one of the premier employers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. We are a non-profit organization which includes Diakon Child, Family, and Community Ministries and Diakon Affordable Housing.

General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall physical and financial condition, regulatory compliance, and quality of life offered to residents.ย 
  • Oversees and ensures the maintenance of physical plant and grounds. ย 
  • Ensures that all Housing Management Department programs provide the highest quality of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Prepares and monitors facility budget.

Education/Training: A Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field of study normally required.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' work experience in housing administration preferred. Knowledge ofย Onesite/RealPage software preferred.

ADA: Ability to ability to bend, stoop, sit, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
