Successful Property Managers address these issues by maintaining clear communication, enforcing lease agreements consistently, and responding promptly to concerns. Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills help you build positive tenant relationships and efficiently handle multiple properties. These abilities ensure smooth operations, legal compliance, and high tenant satisfaction, all of which are critical for property profitability and reputation.

If you are the kind of leader who prefers being in the action rather than behind a desk, this is your role.

We are looking for a self motivated leader who brings energy, positivity, and momentum to their team. This role requires someone who sets the tone, drives performance, and leads from the front every day.

We are looking for a hands on Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities across Oregon. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, know how to lead people, and can turn performance into results, keep reading.

Travel Expectations

• This role requires daily travel and on site work across your assigned properties
• Working remotely from home is not part of this position
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
• Travel within your normal operating area is included as part of compensation
• Travel beyond 50 miles may be reimbursed at the company rate or a company vehicle may be provided when available
• Regular presence at properties is required to maintain leadership visibility and operational awareness

Leadership and Staff Development

• Provide leadership and operational support to leasing teams across multiple communities
• Ensure staff are performing their roles and meeting expectations

Leasing Performance and Sales Oversight

• Monitor occupancy levels and work toward a 98 percent occupancy goal
• Review leasing reports, guest cards, and prospect follow up

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of property management experience
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role with direct reports
