Pay Rate: $16-$20

Are you an experienced property management professional with a passion for affordable housing and resident services? We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 63-unit HUD-subsidized community in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of community operations
  • Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and Fair Housing requirements
  • Conduct annual and interim resident recertifications
  • Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
  • Manage leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnovers
  • Collect rent and monitor accounts receivable
  • Foster positive resident relations and address concerns professionally
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure a safe and well-maintained community

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing HUD/Section 8 or other affordable housing communities preferred
