Job description

We are immediately hiring highly motivated and qualified individuals for our sales manager in training program. We opened our Pensacola office in 2024 and are looking to hire additional talent for expansion in 2025.
Qualified applicants will demonstrate the ability to educate and acquire new business opportunities in a professional and timely manner. Previous experience in the roofing and construction is a plus but not a necessity.

● Locally established, BCR is hiring top sales producers in the area due to
new growth and expansion. Current Sales Associates at surrounding locations are making over $10k+ each month.
● Work outdoors – independent - create your own schedule!
● Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
● Must be able to sell and close contracts.
● Must have a reliable vehicle.
● Ability to get on ladder and perform roof inspections.
● Assist homeowners filing insurance claims for property damage due to storm
damage/catastrophic events.
● Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, properly
contract jobs.

● Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
● Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
● Maintain a great attitude and inspire/motivate others.
● Potential to move up into Sales Management positions
● This job is 100% commission. Weekly draws are available.
