Lead Where It Matters - Build Communities That Feel Like Home
If you're an experienced Property Manager who thrives on leadership, resident satisfaction, and making things run like clockwork, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and team leadership
  • Monitor and maximize occupancy, rent collection, renewals, and overall property performance
  • Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff, including leasing, maintenance, and vendors
  • Conduct daily property walks, schedule unit turns, and oversee inspections for quality and curb appeal
  • Prepare and manage budgets, approve purchases, and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met
  • Handle resident issues and emergencies with professionalism, urgency, and care

What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of proven property management experience.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Superior customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Impeccable organization and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation & Benefits:
