Job description

Hilton Houston North is a recently renovated property located in the Houston City North Area, with 480 rooms and 36 meeting spaces (52,000 SQ Ft) to amaze our guests. We are looking for Top Candidates like You to bring our property alive by delivering exceptional service. 

Overview: 

Responsible for all guest service functions, including driving courtesy vehicles on surface streets and freeway. Also responsible for maintaining bell station, greeting guests, handling guest luggage, providing directions, assisting the front desk in answering phones and delivering items to guest rooms. 

Duties (not limited to):  

  • Drive guests between the airport and hotel and the local area.  Obey all traffic rules and speed limits for safe, accident-free trips.
  • Open & close vehicle doors for guests.
  • Utilize bell carts to transfer luggage and packages to and from rooms, vehicles, and/or loading areas.
  • Run hotel errands as instructed by management.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures. 
  • Follows safety and security procedures and rules. 

Qualifications:  

  • CDL Driver License with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Physical work is a primary part of the job, and it is performed both inside the hotel, and inside and outside of a vehicle. 
  • The work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and loud noises. 
  • Lifting up to 100 pounds.
  • Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
