Job description

We are looking to hire our next experienced Property Management Specialist to maintain several privately owned, luxury ski homes in the Park City/Deer Valley area. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinating with the office staff and company owners regarding specific house needs and maintenance contingencies
  • Preparing the house for home owner and guest arrivals, paying particular attention to readiness of all systems including heating, cooling, spa, appliances, audio/visual equipment, vehicles, lighting and all other house systems 
  • Doing weekly security and maintenance walk-throughs to avoid damage or other problems from system failures or weather related issues
  • Oversight of all sizes of projects
  • Troubleshooting problem areas at houses

Work Requirements:

  • Education-High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.  Some college or trade school is strongly preferred
  • Skills-Candidate should have general mechanical skills. Training in construction, building maintenance, or property management is preferred.  Candidate must be able to troubleshoot and isolate problem areas in mechanical systems and recommend solutions quickly
  • Abilities-Successful Property Management Specialists demonstrate abilities of self-motivation, orientation toward detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Professional and clear communication skills
  • Experience-Milestone will train the right person but experience in property management, building maintenance, construction, or mechanical work will be weighed strongly
