We're looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing property management team.
Position Details:
  • Day shift, flexible start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
  • 8-hour workday
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • $29
  • Must have own vehicle/small or large truck

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (Basic HVAC, Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more)
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently and safely
  • Respond to tenant maintenance requests with professionalism
  • Use technology to track and document work orders

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification if not already certified
