Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Reno, NV to keep our apartment community in top working condition. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support the Property Manager in daily operations, and supervise the maintenance staff.
This position offers competitive pay starting at $30 per hour, depending on property size. We also provide excellent benefits and perks, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO).

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor
As a Maintenance Supervisor, youโ€™ll play a vital role in maintaining the property's appearance, safety, and functionality. Youโ€™ll oversee make-ready and service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Working closely with the Property Manager, youโ€™ll manage supplies, address performance issues, and help resolve liability concerns. Youโ€™ll also train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top-quality service.
Safety is a top priority. You will proactively identify hazards and ensure prompt repairs, helping keep our grounds, buildings, and units in outstanding condition.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
  • HVAC and EPA certification
  • Available to be โ€œon-callโ€ 24/7 for emergencies
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
